Refunds and cancellation
Who you are buying from
Subscriptions bought on this website are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record for the order. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and any sales tax or VAT, and Paddle's name is what appears on your statement.
Subscriptions bought through the Shopify App Store are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, and Shopify's own refund handling applies to them.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in the app. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancelling stops the next charge. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the shop then continues on the free plan.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel or move to a smaller plan. Proofs, approvals and their records stay, and approvals already with customers keep working.
Refunds
Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, so a subscription can be tried in full before any money is taken. Because of that, a period that has already started is not refunded by default.
We do refund in full, on request, when the app did not work as described and we could not fix it, when you were charged after cancelling, or when a charge was made in error or by somebody who was not authorised to make it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase applies and is not limited by anything on this page.
An approved refund is paid back to the card or account that was charged, by Paddle, and usually appears within 5-10 business days.
Usage charges
Proof orders past a plan's allowance are billed per order, at the rate shown on the Plan page before you allow them, and never above the monthly cap you set. A usage charge that has already been invoiced is refunded on the same terms as the plan above.
Asking for a refund
Write to support@bespiq.ai with the e-mail address on the subscription and the invoice number, or use Paddle's own buyer support at paddle.net. We answer within two business days.
If we cannot agree, you can also raise it with Paddle directly, as the merchant of record for the order.
